Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Generational Wealth platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Services and Content

Generational Wealth provides digital educational content including but not limited to:

  • Online courses (video, text, and interactive modules)
  • E-books and downloadable resources
  • Community forums and discussion groups
  • Live sessions and webinars

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact support@generationalwealth.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if more than 30% of course content has been accessed. E-books and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Generational Wealth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content or account access
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or copy content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users in community spaces
  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERATIONAL WEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generational Wealth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
